Description

Senior Accountant Technical & responsibilities • Sound knowledge of the general accounting principles and the International Accounting Standards (IAS) • Knowledgeable of the balance sheet and income statement set up and accounts • Execute the posting of all transactions in “( Navision Software from Microsoft ).” related to his area of responsibility • Handle payable accounts (tasks include price validation, invoice processing, payments and reconciling all accounts under his responsibility with the customers on monthly basis) • Coordinate internally (with Purchasing and Supply Chain departments) and externally (with the clients) to solve any dispute/issue and ensure execution is in line with agreed on policies/agreements. • Issue debit / credit notes to suppliers, customers and affiliated companies, and handles the related accounts • Execute reconciliation of the general ledger accounts with sub-ledgers (should be familiar with all accounts) • Handles tasks related to the monthly accounting closing processes and accrual/provisions procedures (e.g. price compensation, rebate, returns to vendors etc..) Profile: • level of computer skills, Microsoft Office - XL & Word is mandatory (Oracle knowledge is a plus) • Demonstrable proven professional working experience (in daily Accounting ) for at least 3 – 5 years in a developed and reputable company Qualification • Age between 25 – 30 years old • A Bachelor degree & or MBA in related discipline (e.g. Accounting/Finance or equivalent) from accredited university Languages: Fluent spoken and written Arabic, French & English Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft word usage Job Location: Jbeil – Ghazir Area Employment: Immediately Interested Applicants; send cv. with personal photo To e-mail: georgesn@inco.com.lb
